Andreea Seremet, born in 1988 in Bucharest, Romania, is a self-thought contemporary artist residing between London and Bucharest. In 2022 she uncovered her unique approach to abstract painting and held her solo exhibition at The Koppel Project in Bond Street, London. She captured the viewers' attention with a mysterious depth that emerges from her fusion of tactile materials and luminous hues.

One of the defining aspects of her art is the tactile nature of giving form and shape to the canvas by building a rich 3D texture. The alchemy is then completed by the fusion of metallic hues that further enhances the 3D perspective. Her works are mysterious as she embraces the unknown, by exploring the interplay of colors, textures, shapes and emotions.

This organic approach often leads her to unexpected narratives that emerge from the canvas itself. Each piece carries its own distinct energy—a visual story waiting to be discovered. Naming her creations is an attempt to offer viewers a glimpse into her perspective, but she's come to appreciate the individuality of interpretation. Just as she allows her instincts to guide her in the studio, she invites each observer to dive into their own imagination and embark on their own journeys of introspection and discovery.
